e-Statements

Save’N Up users must be enrolled in e-Statements and complete transactions in the credit/signature mode to be eligible for the full match.

To sign up for e-Statements, follow these instructions:

  1. Log on to www.navigatorcu.org.
  2. Enter your ’N Touch Web Username in the upper, left corner of Navigator’s homepage and click “sign in”.
  3. Verify your security image and enter your password/PIN; click “submit” to securely load your account information. Note: if this is your first time to sign in to online banking, you will be asked to change your password, select a security image and answer a few challenge questions to establish access.
  4. Click on the e-Statement tab from the home screen of ’N Touch Web.
  5. Be sure to temporarily disable your pop-up blocker.
  6. Allow time for information retrieval.
  7. Be sure to have your 10-digit account (member number) handy along with the primary account holder’s name, mailing address, date of birth and last 4 digits of your social security number.
  8. Follow the instructions to complete the e-Statements enrollment process.
  9. If the information you entered does not match our current records, additional verification may be required. If this happens, you will be prompted to contact Navigator Credit Union. Once your account information has been updated, you may then complete the enrollment process by following the steps above.
