e-Statement & Bill Pay

To sign up for e-Statement, follow these instructions:

  1. Log on to www.navigatorcu.org.
  2. Click on ’N Touch Web in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Enter your User Name and ’N Touch Access Code (PIN).
  4. Click on the e-Statement button of the menu on the left side.
  5. Be sure to temporarily disable your pop-up blocker.
  6. Allow time for information retrieval.
  7. Enter your 10-digit account number at the bottom of the screen and click “continue”.
  8. Enter your personal information on the e-Statement enrollment form.
  9. If ALL information does not match your current account information you may be denied access to e-Statements. If this happens, please stop by any Navigator Credit Union branch or call the credit union at 228-475-7300 or 800-344-3281. Once your account information has been updated, you can then complete the enrollment process by following the steps above.
  10. After reading the Terms and Conditions click “I Agree.”

To sign up for Bill Pay, follow these instructions:

  1. Log on to www.navigatorcu.org.
  2. Click on ’N Touch Web in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Enter your User Name and ’N Touch Access Code (PIN).
  4. Click on the Bill Pay button of the menu on left side.
    Be sure to temporarily disable your pop-up blocker in the upper left toolbar above the ’NTouch logo.
  5. Allow time for information retrieval.
  6. Verify information included in your Bill Pay Profile is correct.
  7. If ALL information is correct, please read Terms and Conditions and click the “Enroll” button.
  8. Continue to follow the prompts that will take you to the Payment Center and allow you to pay bills online.
  9. If the information is NOT correct, please click the “Cancel” button at the bottom of the screen.
  10. To update your personal information, please stop by any Navigator Credit Union branch or call the credit union at 228-475-7300 or 1-800-344-3281. After your records have been updated, you can then complete the enrollment process by following the steps above.
